The Flutterbies are one of Tracey's (Fred, She Said) new releases that is being released today. She is also having a Challenge using a Digi Freebie (with Prizes!), so be sure to check out her Blog! I layered the backing paper over one of mine and gave it more of a "gold" color by doing some "tweeking" with different layers and adjustments. I colored the 3-D Flutterby in Photoshop and used Aleene's Tack-it Over & Over brushed on thinly to coat the top Flutterby, then covered with Glamour Dust. I put a piece of clear tape behind the antenae before I cut them out, so they could be "free" without worry of tearing. It is hard to see in the picture, but I also added a bit of Amber Satin Colorbox Ink around the edge of the Flutterbies backing paper and on the top layer of the Big Dahlia using a Large Scruffy Brush from Donna Dewberry to enhance the gold of the card. This card was made for a Golden Wedding Anniversary.
