Tutorial for Changing Colors of an Image.....

Here is another Tutorial for you using a Fred, She Said paper FSS-momentary_diversionMAR1309 and 3 different programs. I have used Ulead Photo Express, Microsoft Word 2007 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.
