Digital Tuesday's Wedding Challenge

This week's challenge at Digital Tuesday is a Wedding card using a Digital Image. Here is my card. The rose is a Digital Stamp from a set that I am working on. Printed on Watercolor Paper, colored with Prismacolor Pencils and Dry Blended. I used the side of the pencils to color the background and then used a tissue to blend those colors. After ALL of the coloring was done, I took some Pearl White Eyeshadow and wiped it over the entire thing for a bit of all over shimmer. I then used a dark grey eyeshadow around the very edge. All sealed with a quick shot of Clear Acrylic spray. The next layer is also Watercolor Paper that has been colored with Water Colors and blended while wet. Both layers are cut with the Mega Curved Rectangle Nestabilites and layered with thin foam pads. The text on the card is also a Digital Stamp. The card is finished off with white 1/2 pearls and iridescent ribbon and bow.

  5. Love your cards... I've not tried dry blending and have to give it a go. How in the world do you print onto watercolor paper.. I can seem to get it through the printer and would love to know. Love your blog too!
